VREC Craft Days

The Veterans Resource and Enrichment Center’s mission is to offer a unique experience by providing dedicated, kind-hearted advocacy transition management to enhance the well-being of Veterans and their family.

Transition management will bridge the gap by walking the path with Veterans to overcome the difficulties life throws at them to achieve an enriched life.  They provide resources on lifestyle enhancements, well-being, recovery, housing, jobs, veteran benefits, county/state/federal benefits, and more.

Their positive programs aim t boost self-esteem, confidence, reduce anxiety, and empower Veterans and their families to enhance their lifestyle and assist in recovery.  They provide camaraderie and host daily fun activities.

They strive to serve all Veterans and their families, with a special focus on validating the service of Lady Veterans.

The St. Cloud Elks co-host a craft day on the second Saturday of each month.  Each month we do a different project provided by the National Elks organization.  Samples of craft kits are moccasins, sun catchers, clocks, and memory boxes.
